How the contract is formed between you and us
You may place an order to purchase a product advertised for sale on the site by following the on screen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. The sale contract is formed between My Minoxidil. (We/Us) and you the customer/buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure address details are complete and correct. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “Pay Now” button on the “Payment Options” page.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order number and a summary of your order. Always check your spam/junk folder. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by My Minoxidil. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by My Minoxidil, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched via a third party based in the UK (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us for the sale of a product will only be formed when we email you the Dispatch Confirmation for the relevant Product.
Each contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
We may be unable to process your order if:
- The product you ordered is out of stock
- The product is discontinued
- There is a problem with authorisation of your method of payment.
- We believe fraud has been committed.
Before placing your order it is the buyers responsibility to ensure your order is correct and all address details are completed correctly. Under no circumstances will we will be responsible for any incomplete address when placing your order.
Please note that a Business day is Monday to Friday inclusive. 95% of Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries are delivered within 2 business days. 95% of Royal Mail Most tracked 24 deliveries are delivered within 1 business day but a small percentage will take slightly longer especially during busy periods. Only DPD services are guaranteed delivery times.
All orders are processed by a UK-based company and there are a number of national Bank Holidays throughout the year. Should your order be placed over a Bank Holiday, your items will be dispatched the following business day. While we always strive to deliver your order on time, Bank Holidays may cause a delay in the dispatch and arrival of your purchase. Should you wish to confirm when UK Bank Holidays are, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
IMPORTANT: When paying for your purchase via PayPal please note that some PayPal payments can take up to 5 days to clear. Although the majority of PayPal payments clear instantly in our account there are some that will experience slight delays this will depend on your PayPal account settings and terms & conditions, therefore please take this into account when using the premium shipping services.
We always aim to have our orders shipped out every day if placed before 14:00 however due to the current high demand due to the Corona Virus Pandemic orders can take up to 3 days to be dispatched. *Courier times are no longer guaranteed and are to be used as a guideline only.
Royal Mail Delivery Options
We aim to dispatch all Royal Mail T48 deliveries on the day of ordering, if placed before 16:00 Monday to Friday .After these times your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that Royal Mail T48 deliveries take between 1 to 3 full business days (depending on service selected) to arrive so please take any Bank Holiday days into account when planning your order. All orders placed after 12:00 on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next business day Monday (Excluding National Holidays). *Delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on the Royal Mail.
To keep you informed on the progress of your delivery, you will receive SMS / email updates from Royal Mail as your package makes its way to you. These alerts are automatically sent by Royal Mail and won’t be seen by anyone other than the recipient.

We aim to dispatch all Amazon Prime deliveries on the day of ordering, if placed before 15:30 Monday to Friday and Saturday to Sundays 14:00 After these times your order will be dispatched on the next day.
Amazon Prime deliveries take 1-2 full business day to arrive* there are no Sunday deliveries with this this service.
Orders placed before 15:00 ( Mon – Fri ) will be dispatched same day via DPD International Express service 2-3 full business days*.
Orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched the next day. (Bank Holidays Excluded)*
You will be given a 1 hour delivery window, which can be rearranged to suit you. Information on how to do this can be found on your text message/email notifications from DPD. Or alternatively, contact our Customer Care team.
If you are not in when the delivery is attempted by DPD a calling card will be left.
If multiple items are included in the delivery, we will attempt to send out in one package. However if this is not possible, we will dispatch the additional goods in a separate parcel on another delivery service. No extra charge will be made.

* These delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED they are only to be used as a guideline and may take a little longer during busy periods. All Bank Holidays are excluded, orders will NOT be processed until the next business day. Although we sometimes process orders on Sunday and Bank Holidays during busy periods your order will not be dispatched till the next business day due to no postage collections.
Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us up to 14 days after receipt (we must be in receipt of your item within 14 days). You must contact us here in order to obtain approval for a return. We will supply you with a returns form that must be completed with your return.
Where you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched, you will be under a duty to return them to us at your own risk to us within 14 days. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in transit. All such Products should be returned within the time period specified in the Returns Procedure or it will be refused.
You should return the Products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, in accordance with our Returns Procedure for the Product(s). IMPORTANT We are unable to accept returns for any used/opened boxes, used pipettes, topical solutions or foam, If any seals or retail packaging is opened we will NOT under any circumstances accept your return for hygiene reasons and will dispose of the items.
Cost of Returns
We will NOT bear the cost of you returning any products to us unless your order is incorrect or damaged. You will solely be responsible for returning the items and cover all postage/packaging/insurance costs. All items MUST be returned to us tracked/signed within the specified time scale or your return will be refused.
After you cancel your order and return the products we will reimburse you all sums debited by us except for actual postage fees up to £12.99. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will make the reimbursement using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within the earlier of 7 business days of the day we receive back the products from you.
If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights under Hong Kong law. For damaged or incorrect items we will pay return postage up to £2.95 (signed for 2nd class by Royal Mail) we will not bear the costs for any returns sent via Royal Mail 9am or 1pm special delivery, DHL, FedEx or Yodel. All returns must be sent via Royal Mail to the PO Box provided with the return form included or it may delay your return being processed.
Restocking fee’s apply to all bulk orders of 10 items or more. Restocking fee’s are 15% of the total order cost and will be deducted from the refund issued. As we offer discounted shipping fee’s to bulk orders the full cost of the shipping fee’s will also be deducted from the refund issued.
Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Hong Kong law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Returned to sender/not collected/Lost
Any orders that have been returned to us by Royal Mail or DPD due to non-collection/not called for when no one was available to sign, or incorrect address details, will be subjected to a flat postage £3.95 or international fee £8.90 and re-stock fee 15% of total order. It is the buyers sole responsibility to ensure the delivery address details are correct when placing your order. Once an order is marked as “completed” or “dispatched” it is the buyers responsibility for tracking and to collect their order from the courier delivery office after a delivery attempt (all updates will be via the couriers website or app) .
All orders are not considered lost until 7 full business days have passed after the expected delivery date (unless guaranteed next day service is purchased) the investigation process will be conducted by Royal Mail or DPD depending on which service you selected when placing your order. The claims process for lost or denial of receipt of order can take up to 30 full business days (but is not guaranteed). The conclusion of the investigation will be made exclusively by Royal Mail or DPD and their decision will be final.
